working with Asra Housing Association for over 12 years Thorough Estate
Services win the "Property Care Package" contract to maintain all
of their North East London & South London Properties.
March 2005
- Thorough Services Group take delivery of
Two Ford Transit LPG "Green
Vehicles" which are not only
kinder to the environment but are Congestion Charge exempt.
April 2005 - Thorough Estate
Services doubles the properties they maintain for East Thames Housing Group building on the excellent working
relationship that we have gained over the last 13 years.

Estate Services are proud to have gained the contract for Cleaning &
Gardening to Innisfree Housing Association's properties in West & North
London.
May 2006 - Thorough
Clean Services are awarded the contract for Cleaning & Window Cleaning
to five new Benchmarx Kitchen Showrooms and their Regional Offices. (part of
the Travis Perkins Group)
November 2006 - Thorough
Clean Services are awarded the contract for Cleaning & Gardening various
Enterprise Rent a Car sites in East London & Essex.
August 2007 - Thorough
Clean Services are awarded the contract for Office Cleaning to Kier Building
Maintenances Offices and look forward to a good working relationship for
many years to come.
